|Q&A: What to Expect from Training for charm
Who is providing training on charm?
Three highly qualified members of Family League’s staff, each with experience in software and training, will be conducting or co-leading the sessions. Information on our trainers is available elsewhere in this newsletter.
How long will training sessions last?
A training session will last up to, but not longer than, three hours. The duration depends on the amount of material to be covered and the number of participants. Consult the training schedule for actual dates and times.
Who should attend charm training?
Any staff member of a Family League funded partner organization who has been designated as a user (and whose name has been provided to Family League as a user via the charm implementation survey) is required to participate in all charm trainings provided.
How should I prepare for training?
Please plan to bring your laptop (if available) to training. Be sure to block out time to complete the training session you are scheduled to attend.
What if I cannot attend any of the training dates listed?
Multiple training sessions will be offered over the next six months. You will have opportunities to sign up for a session, or sessions, that work for you.
Will meals be provided at the training?
Light snacks will be provided for morning trainings. However, no full meals will be served.
