All training listed takes place at Family League of Baltimore, 2305 N. Charles St., Baltimore, MD 21218. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to receive a visitor badge. Metered street parking is available on Charles St. and most side streets. Please bring a laptop, if possible.

Three Ways to Access Technical Assistance

Technical support is available to all charm users who have been through training. You may expect a response from the Help Desk within 24 hours. 

  1. CLICK on the button in charm and create a Help Desk support ticket. Please describe your issue in detail. You can upload a file, if needed.

Making a System Change Request is Easy!

Requesting a change in charm that reflects your actual day-to-day requirements is fairly easy. We’ve created a specific support ticket for this purpose. Simply click on the charm Help Desk icon and you’ll see the following:

Next, click on the “System Change Request” link and fill out the form fields. Stay tuned for more new customized ticket forms that will make it easier for you to submit support requests.
