
Demaune A. Millard has led Family League of Baltimore as President & CEO since 2018, directing more than $140 million in grantmaking toward the city’s children and families. Under his leadership, Family League has earned national recognition from the National Academies, Wallace Foundation, and Baltimore Community Foundation for excellence in child wellbeing and family systems. A Baltimore native and father, Demaune also serves on Mayor Brandon M. Scott’s cabinet and the Advisory Board for the School of Community Health and Policy at Morgan State University. He is deeply committed to ensuring every Baltimore family has the tools, resources, and voice they deserve.

Jonathan Carter serves as Chief of Staff at Family League of Baltimore, managing cross-functional initiatives that advance organizational operations, programmatic investments, and grant compliance. He oversees the Strategic Operations & Community Impact division and brings a breadth of nonprofit experience spanning macro-level systems and direct-service settings. Jonathan joined Family League in 2015 and has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland School of Social Work. He holds a B.A. from Davidson College and an M.S.W. from the University of Maryland. A member of Bolton Street Synagogue’s Board of Directors, Jonathan is a proud husband and father.

Keianna Thompson serves as Chief Financial Officer at Family League of Baltimore, where she oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, and technical assistance to the organization’s funded partners. With more than 15 years of accounting experience across diverse sectors — including civil rights, disaster relief, energy, and pharmaceuticals — Keianna brings a uniquely broad financial lens to her work in the nonprofit space. Since joining Family League in 2014, she has helped strengthen the organization’s financial infrastructure in support of its mission to invest strategically in Baltimore’s children, families, and communities.

Dara Robinson-Gray leads Family League’s IT, Data, and Evaluation functions as Senior Director of Impact, ensuring technology and data systems serve partners with integrity, stability, and security. A solution-oriented leader, she brings a background spanning database administration, network security, and operational leadership — including twelve years at The Bon-Ton Stores and prior roles across Pennsylvania state agencies. Dara joined Family League in 2018 and is pursuing a master’s degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from the University of Maryland. Committed to community, she has served on boards supporting youth, families, and literacy education in her home community.

Jenee Tucker stewards a $12 million portfolio as Senior Director of Community Impact at Family League, overseeing education investments including School Readiness, Community Schools, and Youth Development programs. With more than two decades of experience in evidence-based program management, she leads a team of Program Directors and partners with stakeholders to advance equitable, effective grantmaking. A Baltimore native, Jenee joined Family League in 2016 and rose to her current role in 2024. Her previous experience includes Baltimore City Public Schools and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Maryland. She holds an M.S. in Project Management from Morgan State University.

Melissa Moore serves as Senior Director of Community Impact at Family League, leading initiatives in maternal and child health, food justice, adaptive village, and interagency investments. A Family League team member since 2012, Melissa has built a reputation for strengthening operational systems and cultivating an organizational culture rooted in shared values. Her dedication to Baltimore’s communities earned her the Mayor’s Medallion for Meritorious Service. A UMBC graduate and certified Project Management Professional, Melissa combines strategic expertise with a genuine passion for stewardship — ensuring Family League’s mission translates into meaningful impact for the children and families it serves.

Charles Stafford brings more than 25 years of progressive human resources leadership to Family League of Baltimore, with deep expertise in strategic HR planning, performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, and compliance. His career spans both nonprofit organizations and Fortune 500 corporations, giving him a versatile perspective on building people-centered workplaces. Charles holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, and a B.S. in Communications from Towson University. As a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, he remains committed to advancing best practices in the field.
